You can pay by PayPal, or credit card via Stripe (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).

Other EU countries:

Prices include taxes and processing costs.

*All other EU countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Please note that shipping to the EU overseas territories or to all areas not belonging to the EU customs and tax territory (such as Greenland, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Channel Islands etc.) is not permitted“.

Currently, we can only ship within the EU. If your country is not listed in the shipping costs, feel free to write an email to get@mine-jewellery.com to get a personalized shipping quote.

Shipping is handled by DPD Direct Parcel Distribution Austria GmbH, DHL Paket GmbH, FedEx, Österreichische Post AG.

Your order will normally arrive 1-6 days after receipt of shipping confirmation.

Should the status remain unclear or in all other cases, such as incorrect address information, etc., we ask you to write an email to get@mine-jewellery.com.

Every item will arrive beautifully gift wrapped.

All shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance protection runs out as soon as you have received and signed for your parcel.

Yes. Our service times are Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (with the exception of statutory holidays).

Yes, receipt of all shipments must be confirmed by a signature.

Return, Repair & Care

We’re very confident that you will fall in love with your M!NE piece and will want to cherish it forever. But because there always is a very small chance that you would reconsider, we offer an easy and generous refund policy. M!NE commits to reimburse all purchased items (except those that are made to measure) as long as following return conditions have been respected:
  • return within 14 days following the date of delivery
  • the item is sent back to us unworn and undamaged.
Please note that the delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of testing – comparable to a fitting in a shop.
  • jewellery in its original and complete packaging and condition.
Upon receipt and acceptance, the purchase price of the returned item will within 30 days of receipt be refunded to the credit card, or via PayPal. Please send us a photo of your broken piece of jewellery to get@mine-jewellery.com, so we can send you a repair offer as soon as possible.

The duration of a repair is 10-14 working days – depending on the effort involved.

The following services are always included in our repairs: your jewellery will be cleaned in an ultrasonic bath and if not plated, also polished.

If you wish to have your gold-plated items newly plated, do not hesitate to ask for a price offer.

Our jewellery is made of 925 Stirling silver.
One indication that silver jewellery is genuine is that it can turn black over time.
We therefore recommend that you clean your silver jewellery regularly with a silver cloth or a gentle toothbrush and soapy water.
Attention! This last option does not apply to gold-plated pieces.
Simply use a silver cloth or place them in a silver bath, which you can get in a specialist shop or in a drugstore.
This is an option that can be applied to any silver jewellery, whether gold-plated or not. In any case, treat your jewellery with love, care and tenderness.

It is in your and our interest, that you get your item as soon as possible – as our items are handmade, please understand that it can take up to 14 days.

After we have received your order, we will send you an automatic order confirmation that also contains your order number/bill number.
